RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not absolutely in love with your purchase from our official website www.re3life.com, please return the items within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days from purchasing. 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged with original tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, stains, smoke smell, perfume smell etc. or any other damage and we will return the item back to you immediately.

To complete your return, we require both the receipt (hard copy) or proof of purchase and the RETURN FORM.

FINAL SALES

Trunk show sales, Event sales, Gift cards and accessories sales are final.

Sale items and Discount code items are exchangeable only, no refunds.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 days.

If your return / refund is rejected for any reason stated above, your items will be returned to you.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES or REPAIRS

We will repair items with manufacturer seam rips / stitching issues within 90 days of purchase free of charge. Items to be repaired should be washed before sending to us. RE3 will not cover the cost of shipping or return shipping. Please fill out the RETURN FORM and send with a prepaid mailing label. Repairs may take up to 3 weeks. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our manufacterer. We will not replace items that are damaged due to wear and tear. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@re3life.com and send your item to: 6540 Lusk Blvd. C132 San Diego California US 92121.

 

SHIPPING

 

We offer shipping via USPS. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your order qualified for free shipping and you return part of your order, you will be charged for the total shipping fees prior to receiving refund.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we ship to you, we are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen items. Please check with your local post office or delivery company if you have not received your item. We will send you the tracking information once we ship.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship our clothing all over the world. Shipping charges may vary. Shipping will take 7 to 15 business days.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by customs upon arrival. Duty, customs tariffs, taxes, and VAT are set by your country. RE3 is not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs, taxes and VATs applied to your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country. RE3 is required by law to declare all items at their full price. If your package is returned to us and you would like to have it resent, you will be responsible for paying all new shipping costs.

International orders over $200 - free shipping.

Canada orders under $200 - $9.50 FLAT RATE shipping. 

All other countries - orders under $200 - $15.50 FLAT RATE shipping.
